All such rights are reserved by Mille Ltd. You may store, print and display the content supplied for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content without the consent of Mille. Should you have such interest, please contact us at mille@ltd.lv

No licence or consent is granted to you to use Mille logo/mark in any way, and you agree not to use this mark or any marks which are colourably similar without the written permission of Mille.

We operate a complaints handling procedure, which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise: please contact Mille Customer Support team if you have any complaints or comments.

 
Terms of sale
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to changes without prior notice.

1.Your Order

When you place an order, you will receive an email from our Support Team, which will confirm that your order has been processed and shipped. You will be provided with the tracking number in order to follow the status of your shipping.

2.Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods, which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Payment
Mille products are sold using PayPal payment method. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard check in order to make sure the money has been processed by PayPal and received by Mille. Goods will not be dispatched until this check has been completed. In case transaction has not been completed, you will be contacted by our Support Team.

Before placing an order, please check your local tax offices for any VAT taxes, import taxes or additional charges that might be applied upon your order.
Shipping
Each order is being processed within 24 working hours since the moment of your purchase. Once the money is accepted by PayPal, the order is being fulfilled and shipped. Mille reserves up to 14 days from the date of purchase to ship the product. In case of pre-order the shipping is dependent on date when pre-order is closed.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Latvian Post is used to ship Mille products. If your shipping destination is outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment.

These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.
